At House of Mixers, we value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict No-Return / No-Refund policy.

Final Sale

All purchases made on our website or through any authorized sales channel are considered final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Product Accuracy

We take every effort to display products accurately, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, variations in color, design, or texture due to screen settings or manufacturing processes will not be considered a defect.

 Incorrect Items

If an item arrives and you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at thehouseofmixers@gmail.com with the following:

Order ID

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Description of the issue

We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Replaced products will be delivered 3-5 business days
